Rous Vannara

With 20 years of experience in the audit and accounting profession, including roles as Deputy Head of Internal Audit at Vattanac Bank, Head of the Operational Audit Unit at Canadia Bank, Internal Auditor at Sathapana Bank, and lecturer at Acleda, Norton and IFA, Vannara has had a professional journey that spans leading roles across a diverse range of industries.

Having worked across diverse industries, including accounting firms, major banks and microfinance institutions, travel agencies and airlines, and lecturing in accounting, auditing, and finance for both ACCA and MBA programs, Vannara has gained expertise in advising on financial management, financial reporting under CIFRSs for SMEs, auditing, and enhancing operational efficiency through effective risk management frameworks and internal controls. He also ensures businesses meet regulatory requirements, particularly with regard to Cambodian tax law.

As Founder and Managing Director, he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s audit, advisory, and accounting services, defining the strategic direction, and ensuring the provision of high-quality services with a commitment to integrity. Additionally, he leads the management team in executing audit engagements, financial reporting, and providing advisory services to a wide range of clients.
