  • Prepare sales forecasts and projections based on market data and past performance<\/li>\n
  • Monitor actual sales versus projections, identify gaps, and adjust strategies accordingly<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales plans<\/li>\n
  • Engage with customers to understand demand patterns and market needs<\/li>\n
  • Generate monthly\/quarterly reports on sales performance and trends<\/li>\n
  • Assist in preparing budgets and targets for the sales department<\/li>\n
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activity and market developments<\/li>\n
  • Take on additional tasks as required by senior management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field<\/li>\n
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales forecasting or related sales roles<\/li>\n
    • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and adjust plans<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n
    • Proactive, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet targets<\/li>\n
    • Team-oriented with a result-driven mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
