Job Description<\/span><\/h2>[vc_column_text el_class=”paragraph”]We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive (Outdoor)<\/strong> to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and expand market reach through proactive fieldwork. You will represent the company directly to clients, ensuring that products and promotions are effectively presented while maintaining strong service and accountability.[\/vc_column_text]

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>[vc_column_text el_class=”paragraph”]<\/p>\n
    \n
  • Set personal sales targets, including customer targets with detailed products, SKUs, and amounts<\/li>\n
  • Prepare market route visit plans, expense budgets, and customer lists<\/li>\n
  • Travel within assigned territories to conduct face-to-face meetings with customers and prospects<\/li>\n
  • Present product samples, promotions, prices, and related programs to customers<\/li>\n
  • Submit purchase orders to head office and coordinate payment collection with collectors<\/li>\n
  • Reconcile daily cash collections with the Accountant<\/li>\n
  • Organize and maintain product displays at customer shops, ensuring cleanliness, proper arrangement, and stock availability<\/li>\n
  • Prepare daily Market Visit Reports after customer visits<\/li>\n
  • Provide Daily Sales Reports, market insights, competitor updates, and report regularly to Supervisor\/Manager<\/li>\n
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/span><\/h2>[vc_column_text el_class=”paragraph”]<\/p>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration (Marketing or related field preferred)<\/li>\n
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in selling electrical and\/or electronic products<\/li>\n
    • Experience working in upcountry sales is an advantage<\/li>\n
    • Strong work ethic with flexibility to achieve targets<\/li>\n
    • Honest, adaptable, friendly, confident, and a strong team player with a \u201ccan-do\u201d attitude<\/li>\n
    • Effective communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills<\/li>\n
    • Service-minded with strong customer relationship focus<\/li>\n
    • Valid driving license is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
