Job Description<\/span><\/h2>[vc_column_text el_class=”paragraph”]We are seeking a Legal Officer<\/strong> to provide legal support across the organization. This role involves reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, advising management on legal risks, and coordinating with external legal counsel. The Legal Officer will also support board activities, prepare shareholder documentation, and act as a liaison with auditors, regulators, and government bodies.[\/vc_column_text]

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>[vc_column_text el_class=”paragraph”]<\/p>\n

  • Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents<\/li>\n
  • Support legal due diligence, regulatory filings, licensing, and contract renewals<\/li>\n
  • Maintain legal records, company registrations, and compliance logs<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with external counsel for litigation or specialized matters<\/li>\n
  • Monitor regulatory updates and communicate internal implications<\/li>\n
  • Assist with board resolutions, meeting minutes, and shareholder documentation<\/li>\n
  • Advise management on legal risks of strategic decisions<\/li>\n
  • Liaise with auditors, regulators, and government authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/span><\/h2>[vc_column_text el_class=”paragraph”]<\/p>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Law (LL.B); Master\u2019s or legal certifications are a plus<\/li>\n
    • 2\u20135 years\u2019 experience in a legal or corporate environment, preferably multi-industry<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of Cambodian corporate, labor, and commercial law<\/li>\n
    • Excellent legal drafting and document review skills<\/li>\n
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Khmer and English (written and spoken)<\/li>\n
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
