High School
High School at Herrington International School represents the final stage of a student’s Upper Secondary and Further Education, preparation, and transformation.
From Grade 10 to Grade 12, students deepen their academic knowledge, develop leadership and problem-solving skills, and prepare for success in university and beyond. Our program is designed to build both intellectual confidence and personal responsibility, empowering students to become independent learners and global citizens.
British Curriculum + MoEYS Cambodia National Curriculum
Herrington’s High School offers a dual curriculum that combines the Cambridge International Programme with the Cambodia Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) National Curriculum.
Students benefit from the best of both worlds, gaining a globally recognized education along with a strong foundation in Cambodian culture and identity.
Our Subject Programme

Students develop strong communication skills through reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Lessons encourage creativity, clear expression, and confidence in using English in both daily life and academics.

Students learn to read, write, and speak Khmer, strengthening their cultural identity and national pride. Khmer lessons ensure children grow as bilingual, confident communicators. Our Khmer program follows the Cambodia International Curriculum (MoEYS), providing students with a strong foundation in national standards while supporting their global learning journey.

Learners build problem-solving skills and number fluency through hands-on activities, real-life examples, and logical reasoning. Students are guided to truly understand concepts, not just memorize them.

Children explore the world through experiments, observations, and inquiry-based learning. They learn to think like young scientists—asking questions, testing ideas, and discovering how things work.

Art lessons spark creativity and imagination while encouraging students to express themselves through colors, shapes, and various materials. Children build confidence in their artistic abilities.

Students discover a love for reading through stories, phonics, and comprehension activities. Reading lessons strengthen vocabulary, imagination, and critical thinking, helping children become fluent readers.

Kids learn essential digital skills, from basic computer use to simple coding and research. They are also taught how to use technology safely, responsibly, and creatively.

Students explore different cultures, global issues, and diverse viewpoints. The subject builds teamwork, research skills, and open-mindedness, helping children understand the world around them.

PE helps students stay active, healthy, and confident. Through sports and movement, they develop fitness, coordination, teamwork, and a positive attitude toward physical activity.
