Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Programme (WASH)
Launched in 2007, World Vision’s programme on Water, Sanitation and Hygiene , made significant strides towards ensuring available and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all in Cambodia.
In the past five years alone, the WASH programme has positively impacted 1.7 million rural people in Cambodia, including:
- over 614,000 individuals accessing household handwashing facilities;
- more than 334,000 people accessing clean water sources;
- over 385,000 people benefited from new household latrines.
